1. In advanced set up change blackListCustomer to Y 2. Restart Software 3. In customer Screen, you will see a check box called Black Listed 4. If you want to black list a customer, check the check box, and Click on Save 5. You will see a Message when you try to place an order for this customer that he/she is black listed.
